ARCHITECTURE

Laser scanning is used as a tool for quick and exact measurement of buildings and engineering structures for pre- and post-construction inventory. Scanning of data provides a full three-dimensional image of the registered building on the basis of which we can create 2D CAD plans in any part of the building, elevation drawings, high-resolution orthophoto, as well as intelligent 3D BIM models, containing information about the building or structure. The generated Point Cloud provides all measurement data. It is possible to fit CAD solid models for reconstruction purposes, as well as check collisions between particular elements of the structure. The data also serve for planning work stages and provides a broad spectrum of spatial planning in the event of construction disasters.
